Who holds your information, and what this portal stores

You are a client of an accounting office. They keep your books, they decide what happens to your paperwork, and they are who you agreed terms with.

accSuperPower makes the portal your office uses to exchange documents with you. We hold your documents so your office can work on them — we do not decide what is done with them, and we are not the people to ask about that.

So the privacy notice that covers your information is your office’s own. Where they have published one, it is linked below.

Sign in to see the privacy notice and terms published by the office that holds your account.

• Keeping you signed in, so you are not asked for your password on every page.
• Remembering whether you chose the light or dark appearance.
• Holding on to a document you started sending while your connection was down, so it is still there when you come back.

Nothing here advertises to you, and nothing follows you to other websites. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

None of this needs your permission, because none of it tracks you: it is what the portal needs in order to work at all. You can clear it at any time in your browser’s settings — you will simply be signed out and asked to choose your appearance again.

To see what is held about you, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted, write to your accounting office. They hold the relationship and they are the ones who can act on it — and some accounting records must be kept for a statutory period whatever anyone would prefer.

You can send that request from Messages inside your company, so it lands in the same place as the rest of your correspondence with them.
